A home from home in Nerja
Our family has had this apartment in Capistrano Playa for over 25 years and it is very much a home from home. The apartment sleeps up to six people. There are two bedrooms in the main apartment – one double and one twin – together with the living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. A third twin bedroom with its own en-suite is in a private annex accessed directly from the terrace. The large south-facing terrace is one of our favourite parts of the apartment, with lovely views towards the Mediterranean and plenty of space for eating outside, relaxing and enjoying the sun. Important: do not use the word “outhouse” anywhere. It should always be called the annex.
The Location
The apartment is at the top of Capistrano Playa, overlooking the complex and towards Burriana Beach. The shared pool is just below the apartment, Burriana Beach is around a seven-minute walk away, and the centre of Nerja is approximately a 15–20 minute walk.

Access to Burriana
Burriana Beach is around a seven-minute walk from the apartment through Capistrano Playa. Please be aware that the apartment is at the top of the complex and there are around 200 steps down to the beach and the same coming back up. There is a lift which takes you part of the way, but some steps are still involved. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. You can also drive to the beach, although parking can be difficult during busy periods.
