About the Space

• The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 of the bedrooms are located in the main apartment and the other bedroom with ensuite is located in the Annex which is accessed via the private terrace. The sitting room is newly refurnished and is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. There is air conditioning in the sitting room in the main apartment and separate air conditioning in the annex. The terrace is very spacious and is perfect for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. There is also an awning for shade as the sun shines onto the terrace all day and into the evening during the summer.

Guest Access

• Guests can access the whole apartment and terrace. This is all private to the guests.

Other things to note

• There is a welcome food pack for your arrival just in case you arrive late at night. This includes eggs, butter, milk and water.  There is air conditioning in the sitting room in the main apartment which is open plan to the kitchen and dining area. There is separate air conditioning in the annex. There is also a free standing fan in the main apartment. The shared pools and cafe close on approximately 1st November and reopen on approximately 1st March. The apartment is located at the top of Capistrano Playa right beside the shared pools and cafe and Hotel Bajamar Ancladero. Should guests wish to go to the beach please note that there are a number of steps down to it and therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a lift halfway down but steps are still involved. Alternatively you can drive down to the beach or you can walk down and back up a steep hill, but again, not suitable for those with mobility issues.
